Hi, I’m Ashley — Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of Elevated Mindset Therapy.

With years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, I built this practice on the belief that therapy should feel real, relational, and rooted in trust. At Elevated Mindset Therapy, we create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no clinical walls, just genuine connection and support.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of everything we do. I value honesty, collaboration, and transparency. You’ll always know what approach we’re using, why we’re using it, and how it supports your goals. No vague sessions. No therapy jargon. No overwhelming homework. Just meaningful conversations and practical tools you can use in your real life.

I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and more. My integrative approach draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused work.

We offer flexible Virtual Sessions that fit your schedule and lifestyle — and for those who feel more grounded outdoors, Walk and Talk Therapy is also available. In-Person Sessions are soon to come! Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore — it can be collaborative, empowering, and even enjoyable.
